Where we deliver
We deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners. We do not ship outside Pakistan at the moment.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value.
Dispatch & delivery time
- Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone call first.
- In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch for major cities, and up to 7 working days for smaller towns and remote areas.
- Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.
Sales, Eid, weather, strikes or courier delays can occasionally add a few days. We will keep you updated on WhatsApp.
Tracking your order
When your parcel leaves us, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. The rider may call you before delivery, so please keep your phone on.
Address & failed delivery
Please give a complete address with nearby landmark and a working phone number. If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to re-arrange delivery.
